Ingredients For alphabet noodle soup

  • 1/2 lb
    extra lean ground beef
  • 3 c
    beef broth
  • 3 c
    vegetable juice
  • 3/4 c
    water
  • 1/4 tsp
    thyme
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1.5 c
    mixed frozen vegetables
  • 2/3 c
    alphabet noodles, uncooked

How To Make alphabet noodle soup

    Brown beef in large saucepan or dutch oven.

    Drain.

    Add broth, vegetable juice, water, thyme and worcestershire sauce.

    Bring to a boil; add vegetables and pasta.

    Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
