Ingredients For $10,000 acorn squash soup

1 smonion,chopped

1/4 ccelery, chopped

2 Tbspsweet cream butter
-
2 Tbspall purpose flour
-
1 tspchicken bouillon granules
-
1/2 tspdill weed
-
1/4 tspcurry powder
-
1 dashcayenne pepper
-
2 cchicken stock
-
14 ozcan (scm) sweetened condensed milk

3 ccooked acorn squash, mashed

s & pto taste
-
6 slicecooked and crumbled bacon for garnish
How To Make $10,000 acorn squash soup

1Sauté onion and celery with the butter in a large saucepan. Stir in flour, bouillon, dill, curry and cayenne.

2Gradually add chicken stock and sweetened condensed milk (by Eagle Brand) Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the squash, salt and pepper.

3Place in blender by batches and blend until smooth. Pour into bowl; garnish with bacon.
