I have been doing weight watchers for about a month this soup is delicious and very low in points. My whole family loves this soup!! It doesn't have to be low fat, you can top with shredded mexican cheese and crushed corn chips!!! Enjoy ;)

Ingredients For southwest turkey soup (lowfat)

1 pkgground turkey

1large carton chicken broth

1 candrained garbonzo beans or any bean of your choice

1 cansmall drained whole kernel corn

1 1/2 cmedium salsa

1 cansmall can chopped green chilis

1 Tbspcurry powder
-
1 Tbspchili powder

1/2 tspground cumin
How To Make southwest turkey soup (lowfat)

1brown the ground turkey in 1 tbsp olive oil, drain excess fat

2add all of the above ingredients and simmer covered for 1/2 hour on low. Serve with white or brown rice you can also garnish with a tablespoon sour cream.
