6 lbs. of turkey breast (2 cups) - 2 cups of sliced carrots-2 med. onions-3 stalks of celery-1 tsp. dried thyme-1/2 tsp. dried rosemary-1/2 tsp. dried sage--1/2 tsp. accent-black pepper-3 cups of minute rice- 2 quarts of chicken stock.

1Place turkey in a large 6-quart pot. Cover with chicken stock. Peel onions, cut in large pieces, and add to pot. Wash celery stalks, slice-add to pot-wash sliced carrots add to pot. Add 3 quarts of water herbs and spices. Simmer covered for about 2-1/2 hours. Bring to boil, and add rice. Cook for 5 minutes Serve at once or refrigerate for later reheating.
