Ingredients For ground turkey soup

  • 1 lb
    ground turkey
  • 1 c
    diced white onion
  • 64 oz
    beef stock
  • 2 can
    mixed vegetables (14.5 oz each)
  • 1/4 tsp

  • 1/4 tsp
    white pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cumin

  • 1/2 c
    pearled barley

  • Brown the ground turkey and onions.

  • Add beef stock, vegetables, salt, white and black pepper, and bay leaves.
