Ingredients For crockpot turkey stew

2tomatoes, diced

1 1/2 canpinto beans (rinsed)

1 csalsa, chunky
-
1green bell pepper diced

1yellow bell pepper diced

1 lbground turkey
-
1 Tbspchili powder
-
2 tspcumin
-
2 cwater (or enough to cover)

2 clovegarlic, minced or finely chopped
How To Make crockpot turkey stew

1Thaw out Turkey meat ahead of time, or defrost it.

2Put tomatoes, pinto beans, salsa, chili powder, cumin, bell peppers, and garlic into crock pot. ( you can add any other ingredients that you would like to have into crockpot as well)

3Brown Turkey meat, drain off fat, and then add to the crockpot. Stir gently

4Set on low for 4 or more hours or high for 2 hours.

5When done, fill the bowls.. Garnish with scallions (optional), cut up onions, and cheese. Enjoy
