My husband and I ate 4 meals from this recipe. MMMMMMM-good. I did not have tomato sauce so I used a 6 oz. can of tomato paste and added 2 ounces of water. For a vegetarian option, try replacing the beef bouillon with vegetable broth and add more veggies or beans instead of turkey. recipelion.com

1Add all ingredients except sliced mushrooms to slow cooker.

2Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

3Add mushrooms and turn up to high for 10 - 15 minutes.
