Ingredients For squash soup

  • squash
  • 1 qt
    milk
  • salt and pepper
  • dash
    nutmeg
  • butter, size of a walnut
  • flour

How To Make squash soup

  • 1
    Boil squash in milk, about 20 minutes. Strain well. Season with a dash of nutmeg, salt and pepper. Blend butter and a little flour together and add to the squash to thicken. Serve.
