    leeks
  • 6 lg
    potatoes, medium
  • 2 oz
    butter, unsalted
  • 2 l
    water
  • 4 c
    chicken bouillon

    Chop leeks and cube potatoes Place in pan with butter. Sweat in butter for 5 minutes, stirring all the time. Add water and stock. Cook for 30 minutes. You can eat chunky or blitz.
