Ingredients For hearty & spicy mushroom and garlic soup

1 cancampbell's mushroom and garlic soup

1 canchicken broth
-
1 1/2 canwater (after you use chicken broth, fill with water)

1 boxwhole white mushrooms (sliced)

1large onion chopped
-
1 clovegarlic (chopped small)
-
1/2 bagfrozen sweet green peas
-
2large carrots (peeled & chopped small)
-
2 pinchboth salt and pepper to taste
-
1 canchick peas
-
3bay leaves, dried
-
1small bunch of fresh basil chopped finely
-
2 Tbspbutter
-
3 dashred cayenne pepper
-
1large zucchini ( sliced and halved)
How To Make hearty & spicy mushroom and garlic soup

1In a large pot melt butter, lightly browning garlic and onion

2Add carrots, mushrooms, green peas, zucchini and chick peas along with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and basil, mix.

3Add broth, along with water and bay leaves, drop heat to simmer for 25 minutes and enjoy :)
