Ingredients For hearty & spicy mushroom and garlic soup

  • 1 can
    campbell's mushroom and garlic soup
  • 1 can
    chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 can
    water (after you use chicken broth, fill with water)
  • 1 box
    whole white mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1
    large onion chopped
  • 1 clove
    garlic (chopped small)
  • 1/2 bag
    frozen sweet green peas
  • 2
    large carrots (peeled & chopped small)
  • 2 pinch
    both salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can
    chick peas
  • 3
    bay leaves, dried
  • 1
    small bunch of fresh basil chopped finely
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 3 dash
    red cayenne pepper
  • 1
    large zucchini ( sliced and halved)

How To Make hearty & spicy mushroom and garlic soup

    In a large pot melt butter, lightly browning garlic and onion
  • 2
    Add carrots, mushrooms, green peas, zucchini and chick peas along with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and basil, mix.

    Add broth, along with water and bay leaves, drop heat to simmer for 25 minutes and enjoy :)
