We love the fresh taste of gazpacho in the summer. I use to make it using my food processor but I find I love to chop everything with my chef knife so that is why I call this Gazpacho My Way---you can use any method you like and enjoy. We like ours chunky.

Ingredients For gazpacho my way

2 or 3 mdcucumbers-diced, skin on or off

2 stalkcelery -diced

1/2 lgsweet onion- diced

2 clovegarlic- finely minced

3 or 4 mdtomatoes-diced (or one 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes)

1 cansnap.e.tom tomato and chile juice
-
salt and pepper to taste
-
tabasco for some extra heat if you like

1In a large bowl mix everything together and put in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
