this is a better flavored potato soup then what I have had in the past.

Ingredients For fried potaot soup

6-8 ozchopped bacon
-
2 ccleaned unpiled white or yeelow potato's

1 cdice onion (i used vadila)

3/4 cdice celary
-
1/2 cdice carrots (i used baby carrot, they cook faster)

4 cmilk
-
1 Tbspseason salt
-
1 tspground pepper
-
1/2 cinstant potato
-
1/2 csherred chedder cheese
How To Make fried potaot soup

1cook the diced bacon over medium heat, till crispy, do not drain

2add all the veggies cooking still over medium heat till the potato's are golden brown and other veggies are done. add the season salt and pepper.

3add milk, bring back to boil

4add instant potatoes this is your thickener

5when thick add the cheese
