Ingredients For easy and quick vegetable soup!

1 canlow sodium chicken broth

1 canwater

1 cchopped onion

1 bagfrozen italian style vegetables (or chopped fresh)

1 tspgarlic powder

1/2 tsponion powder

1 tspparsley
-
1/2 tsporegano, dried
-
1/2 tspbasil, dried

1/4 tsppepper
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
dash of paprika
How To Make easy and quick vegetable soup!

1Heat a medium to large pot over high, add the onions and any other veggies you want to be sautéed

2Sauté for about 3 minutes then add all remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer about 20 minutes or until veggies are tender

3NOTE: you can add any vegetables and seasoning to fit your preference :) this is a VERY low calorie soup! Bonus, use vegetable broth for a completely vegan soup
