Ingredients For easy and quick vegetable soup!

  • 1 can
    low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 can
    water
  • 1 c
    chopped onion
  • 1 bag
    frozen italian style vegetables (or chopped fresh)
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1 tsp
    parsley
  • 1/2 tsp
    oregano, dried
  • 1/2 tsp
    basil, dried
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • dash of paprika

How To Make easy and quick vegetable soup!

    Heat a medium to large pot over high, add the onions and any other veggies you want to be sautéed
  • 2
    Sauté for about 3 minutes then add all remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer about 20 minutes or until veggies are tender
  • 3
    NOTE: you can add any vegetables and seasoning to fit your preference :) this is a VERY low calorie soup! Bonus, use vegetable broth for a completely vegan soup
