Ingredients For callie's cauliflower & broccoli soup

3 lgbroccoli florets

1 1/2 lbcauliflower, small florets

6 cwater

1 tspcayenne pepper

1 Tbsporegano, dried

dashesred chili powder
-
dashesblack pepper
-
dashground ginger powder

1/2 cturkey or chicken broth
-
Tbspcheese, shredded (optional)

1/4 chalf and half
How To Make callie's cauliflower & broccoli soup

1Place water into pot then add sliced broccoli crowns & Cauliflower-ets. Cook on med. heat for 10-15 min.

2Add chicken or turkey broth and seasonings. Simmer an additional 10 min. Then turn heat off and add half n half.

3Cheese is optional but if used then shred it. Serve hot or cold as a side or a quik lunch alongside crackers or a sandwich. Delicious, nutritious, and so satisfying.
