I love broccoli/cheese soup and I love potato soup, so I combined them! I love that it does not take long to cook and it gets me warm inside on a cold night! Sorry no pick, will not let me upload jpg photo?

Ingredients For broccoli, ham, cheese, potato soup

  • 4 lg
    patatoes, peeled & cubed
  • 1/2
    sweet onion, diced
  • 32 oz
    chicken broth
  • 16 oz
    diced ham
  • 4 oz
    cream cheese
  • 16 oz
    frozen broccoli cuts
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 can
    broccoli cheese soup
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 stick
    butter

How To Make broccoli, ham, cheese, potato soup

  • 1
    Cook potatoes and onion in large pan until potatoes are tender.
  • 2
    Take pan off heat and add cream cheese. Stir until melted.
  • 3
    Add remaining ingredients and cover. Cook on low for 15 minutes.

    I add shredded cheese on top. You could add bacon bits on top or a spoon of sour cream.
