How To Make bohemian mushroom soup

1In pot sauté mushrooms, parsley, butter and dusted with flour; allow to 'stew' a little while. Add enough good clear soup to make it of the consistency of a very thin gravy. Add mace and cream; bring to a boil.

2To serve, pour over bread croutons.
