Ingredients For spinach dumplings

1 1/2 cchopped spinach, cooked

2 cflour

4 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

1egg, well beaten

1/4 cmilk

1onion slice
How To Make spinach dumplings
-
1Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Add egg and milk. Roll into thin dough. Cut into 3 or 4 inch squares. Place 1 tablespoon well-seasoned spinach. Fold dough over and pinch edges. Drop dumplings into boiling water and add slice of onion. Cook, covered, for 15 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
