Ingredients For ~tasty nacho soup ~

1 lbground beef

1 pkgtaco seasoning mix

1 cantomatoes and chiles

2 ozfresh shredded, cheddar

1 tspcumin
-
pinch, red or cayenne pepper - optional

1/2 Tbspminced dried onion

1 cancheddar cheese or nacho cheese soup

1 1/2 cmilk
-
sourcream, green onion, shredded montery jack cheese for garnishes
How To Make ~tasty nacho soup ~

1In a dutch oven brown off the ground beef and drain.

2Add the beef back to pan and add all remaining ingredients to the pan, except for the cheese and condiments. Stir well and simmer for roughly 15 minutes or until heated through well.

3Add the cheddar cheese and stir until melted.

4Ladle into serving bowls and top with Monterey Jack cheese, green onions, sour cream and nacho chips if prefer. To reheat you may want to add some more milk, it will thicken up some. A mighty tasty, quick soup. Enjoy!
