Found different recipes on the internet and combined my favorite ingredients into this version. If the canned ingredients have enough salt for you, you might want to eliminate the 2 tsp. of sea salt.

Ingredients For stuffed pepper soup

2 lbground turkey

4-5green peppers, chopped

1/4 cchopped onion

3 cloveminced garlic

1 cantomato sauce (29 oz)

1 candiced tomatoes (29 oz)

2beef bouillon, cubes

1 cantomato soup

1-2 canwater
-
2 Tbspbrown sugar

2 tspsea salt

1 tspground black pepper

2 Tbspworcestershire sauce

2-3 ccooked brown rice
How To Make stuffed pepper soup

1In large pan, cook meat, onions, garlic and green pepper until meat and peppers are cooked. Drain.

2In large pot combine the rest of the ingredients and then stir in the meat mixture.

3Cook over low to medium heat until heated through and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Enjoy.
