Found different recipes on the internet and combined my favorite ingredients into this version. If the canned ingredients have enough salt for you, you might want to eliminate the 2 tsp. of sea salt.

Ingredients For stuffed pepper soup

  • 2 lb
    ground turkey
  • 4-5
    green peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onion
  • 3 clove
    minced garlic
  • 1 can
    tomato sauce (29 oz)
  • 1 can
    diced tomatoes (29 oz)
  • 2
    beef bouillon, cubes
  • 1 can
    tomato soup
  • 1-2 can
    water
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 2 tsp
    sea salt
  • 1 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2-3 c
    cooked brown rice

How To Make stuffed pepper soup

    In large pan, cook meat, onions, garlic and green pepper until meat and peppers are cooked. Drain.

    In large pot combine the rest of the ingredients and then stir in the meat mixture.

    Cook over low to medium heat until heated through and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Enjoy.
