I used to make this soup when I ran the restaurant it was a favorite. Hope you enjoy.

Ingredients For sausage and cabbage soup

1 lgring polish kiebassa( sliced in rings)

4 cchicken broth

1 lgonion (diced)

2 lgcarrots( diced)

2 stalkcelery( diced)

4 smpotatoes( diced)

1 lghead of cabbage( cut up)

1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspwhite pepper

3 clovegarlic (diced fine)
How To Make sausage and cabbage soup

1In large soup kettle put all ingredience.

2Bring to a boil and turn down to simmer, and cover.

3Simmer for about an hour or until cabbage is wilted and veggies are done.

4If soup looks dry add more water.
