Ingredients For loaded baked potato soup

2 cchicken broth, low salt

2 lbbaked potatoes cubed

1 1/2 ccelery ( diced )

1 mdcarrot, shredded

1 Tbspwhite vinegar

1 cmilk
-
1 chalf and half
-
1 ccheddar cheese, shredded

1 cmonterey jack cheese shredded

6 slicebacon cooked and crumbled

2 Tbspflour
How To Make loaded baked potato soup

1Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat.

2Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3Whisk milk/flour mixture into sauce; stir in cheese and bacon.

4Simmer, uncovered, 5-8 minutes, or until thick, stirring constantly.
