Ingredients For italian zucchini soup

  • 1 1/2 lb
    browned mild italian sausage, skin removed. i've even used banquet sausage links with good results
  • 6 c
    chopped zucchini-leave skins on
  • 2 c
    chopped celery
  • 1 c
    chopped onion
  • 2 can
    stewed tomatoes
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    oregano, dried
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    basil, dried
  • 1 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 2 c
    chopped green peppers

How To Make italian zucchini soup

  • 1
    Brown sausage, add the zucchini, celery, onion and stewed tomatoes, and the remaining ingredients and cook in a crock pot over night or around 7 hours. Serve with garlic bread and a salad.
