Just started using this recipe this last year. We have had many of our family and friends eating this with us, I hope they really like it because its all I've been making lately, like I can't get enough of it. LOL

Ingredients For italian wedding soup

1/4 lbground beef

1/4 lbpork sausage

1 lgegg slightly beaten

2 Tbspbread crumbs

1 Tbspparmesan cheese

1/2 tspdried basil
-
1/2 tsponion powder
-
5 3/4 cchicken broth
-
2 cspinach chopped
-
1/2 cacini di pepe pasta

1/3 ccarrot finley chopped

grated parmesan cheese grated
How To Make italian wedding soup

1In medium bowl combine meat,egg, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil and onion powder, mix well and then shape into little balls about 1/2 inch. I sort of cook these just to get a little brown around them.

2In large stock pot heat broth to a boil,then stir in pasta, carrot, meatballs and chopped spinach, cook until pasta is done about 15 minutes. Stir often so pasta doesn't stick to bottom of pan.

3Serve with a good crusty bread and grate Parmesan cheese on top of your soup. Enjoy
