I grew on conchitas a traditional mexican household dish..you can add any cheese you like or even with out. There are so many variations hope you enjoy

1 bagconchas little pasta shells

1/2 cantomato sauce
-
4 cchicken broth
-
2 cwater
-
1 Tbspcumin

1 Tbspgarlic powder

1 tsporegano

salt and pepper

2 Tbspveg oil

monterey jack cheese
How To Make conchas
-
1add oil to heated pot and add shells and brown up lightly

2then add your tomato sauce and broth along with seasonings bring to a boil then lower and simmer until pasta shells are tender

3last add your monteray jack cheese in cubes let sit until melted..
