cold shrimp soup
This is a recipe that I got from a co-worker over 30 years ago. I loved it then, and I love it now. I hadn't made it for several years, until I finally found the recipe again and made it for Christmas. Everyone loved it. Sometimes I just put it in a mug and drink it! I hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients For cold shrimp soup

1 qttomato juice

1 cansmall shrimp, drained

1/2 cdiced green pepper

2 Tbsplemon juice

1 1/2 tsphorseradish, grated

1minced onion

1 bottleshrimp cocktail sauce (usually 8 ounces)

2 cdiced celery
-
1/2 csugar
-
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1/2 tspgarlic

salt to taste

1Mix all ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Serve cold.
