Ingredients For creamy shrimp chowder

1 lbpotatoes, scrubbed clean and cubed, i used red potatoes

2-1/2 cchicken broth

3celery stalks, chopped

8green onions, chopped
-
1/2 cred bell pepper, chopped

1-1/2 cfat free milk
-
1/4 cflour
-
1/2 cfat-free evaporated milk

1-1/2 lbmedium shrimp, peeled, deveined

1/2 tspwhite pepper
-
1/2 tspworcestershire sauce
How To Make creamy shrimp chowder

1Place broth in lg pot. Add potatoes, celery, onions and red bell pepper. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 mins.

2Stir in fat-free milk, gently mesh veggies w/ potato masher. In bowl, combine flour and evaporated milke w/ whisk. Add to chowder.

3Bring to a boil. Cook, stirring until thickened. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Cook, stirring until shrimp turns pink, about 3 mins.
