Ingredients For potato soup

1 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1 ccrisp bacon bits

1/2 conions finely chopped

1 tspgarlic minced

3 cchicken broth

6 cdiced potatoes

1 Tbsptony's seasoning

1bay leaf
-
1 cancanned milk
-
1 ccream or half & half
-
2 Tbspbutter real
-
1/4 cparsley
How To Make potato soup

1In a large pot add oil, and fry bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels.

2In bacon grease add onions, cook until they start to turn clear then add garlic cook for about 4 min,

3add your chicken broth and potatoes to pot. Add tony's and bay leaf. Cook until potatoes or just tender then add can milk, cream and butter

4To thicken take out one cup of potatoes and mash and add to soup. We like it with a thinner broth, if you like it thick mash more potatoes.

5let simmer until hot ( DO NOT LET BOIL )

6Remove bay leaf. Add parsley

7Serve with chopped bacon and shredded cheese
