pauline's potato soup
My friend Pauline made this soup and brought it to our annual Halloween party. After sampling this, I told her I have to get the recipe. It's the best potato soup that I've had in a long while. Hope you enjoy it as well.

Ingredients For pauline's potato soup

3 cpotatoes,chopped

1 cwater
-
1/2 ccelery,chopped

1/2 ccarrot, shredded

1/4 conion,chopped

1 tspparsley flakes

1chicken bouillon cube
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
dash of pepper
-
1 1/2 cmilk
-
2 Tbspflour
-
1/2 lbvelveeta cheese,cubed
How To Make pauline's potato soup

1In large saucepan combine potatoes, water, celery, carrots, onion, parsley, bouillon and seasonings. Mix well. Cover, simmer 15 – 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

2Gradually add milk to flour, mixing until well blended. Add milk mixture to vegetables. Cook until thickened. Add cheese. Stir until melted.
