Ingredients For my creamy chicken soup

2boneless skinless chicken breast cubed

3 Tbspbutter

6 slicebacon cooked and crumbled

8 ozsliced mushrooms

1 mdonion diced

3 clovegarlic minced

3 cchicken broth

1 1/2 cheavy cream
-
2 cgruyere cheese shredded

1/4 cfresh parsley chopped

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make my creamy chicken soup

1Add butter to Dutch oven. Cook chicken until almost done. Remove chicken with slotted spoon. Add onion, and garlic. Saute for 4 minutes. Add mushrooms and saute another 4 minutes.

2Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer. Add the heavy cream and bring back to a boil then reduce to a simmer. Add cheese and cook until melted.

3Remove from heat. Add parsley and bacon. Season to taste.
