I came up with this recipe while wondering what to do with all my left over holiday ham. the result a creamy silky soup that the family loved.if you wish for salt please do so I left it out for the salt in the ham

    cheddr cheese soup
  • 3 c
    milk
  • 8 md
    potates washed, peeled, diced
  • 1 md
    onion diced
  • 5 stalk
    celer
  • 3 c
    ham diced
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil

How To Make ham and ceese soup

    sauté vegtables in olive oil.starting with potatoes until tender.

    in a large pot add soup and milk stirring on low flame until well blended,
