Ingredients For easy creamy tomato soup, grilled cheese crouton

  • 1 jar
    tomato basil spaghetti sauce
  • 1 can
    small can tomato soup
  • 1 can
    petite dice tomatoes
  • 1 pt
    heavy cream
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 pinch
    fresh basil
  • 1 pinch
    cinnamon
  • 1 pinch
    pepper
  • 8 slice
    french bread
  • 4 slice
    swiss cheese

How To Make easy creamy tomato soup, grilled cheese crouton

    Mash tomatoes. Mix soup ingredients(minus heavy cream) in large pot and let simmer on stove.
  • In this photo I used mayo for grilling and a tomato basil jack cheese.

    While soup is simmering, lightly cover slices of bread with butter or mayo. Heat stove to 350. Add slices of cheese making grilled cheese sandwiches.

    Cut sandwiches into cubes and bake 8-10 minutes.

    Add cream for final 10 minutes.
