Ingredients For cream of cheese soup

  • 2 c
    milk
  • 2 c
    chicken stock
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    flour
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 c
    cheese, grated
  • 1
    egg, well beaten

How To Make cream of cheese soup

  • 1
    Bring to a boil milk and stock with the onion. Strain; rub butter and flour together and add to the soup to thicken. Season with salt and pepper. Add cheese and stir in beaten egg. Serve immediately.
