My family loves this potato soup. I have tried several but this is the one they always ask for. It is so good on a cold day!

Ingredients For cheesey potato soup

4-5potatoes cubed

1 cchopped carrots

1/2 cchopped onion
-
1 cchopped celery
-
1 cparsley flakes

1bouillon chicken broth cube

salt and pepper to taste

1 cmilk
-
2 Tbspflour
-
1 pkgvelveeta cheese (1/2 lb)
How To Make cheesey potato soup

1Add the first seven ingredients together in a large soup pan.

2Cover with water and simmer about 20 minutes or until vegetables are done.

3Mix the 2 tablespoons of flour with the 1 cup milk and then add to soup and stir. Add velveeta cheese. When cheese is melted and blended with soup it is ready to serve.
