Ingredients For broccoli cheese soup

1 cmilk

1 cwater
-
8 ozgrated velvetta

8 ozcheddar cheese grated

8 ozmozzarella cheese grated

8 ozcolby cheese grated

10 ozchopped cook broccoli

1 smonion chopped

1 Tbspcrushed garlic
How To Make broccoli cheese soup

1Put water and milk in large pot and bring to slow boil.

2Add all 4 cheeses and simmer until melted.

3Add cooked and chopped broccoli, onion and garlic. (Left overs work great for this.)

4Let simmer for about 6 minutes. Add milk to thin out the soup if needed. (Note: no need for salt due to the salt in the cheese but you may prefer to add pepper. Also chopped cooked bacon is GREAT in this soup.
