Ingredients For broccoli cheese soup

  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    water
  • 8 oz
    grated velvetta
  • 8 oz
    cheddar cheese grated
  • 8 oz
    mozzarella cheese grated
  • 8 oz
    colby cheese grated
  • 10 oz
    chopped cook broccoli
  • 1 sm
    onion chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    crushed garlic

How To Make broccoli cheese soup

    Put water and milk in large pot and bring to slow boil.
  • 2
    Add all 4 cheeses and simmer until melted.
  • 3
    Add cooked and chopped broccoli, onion and garlic. (Left overs work great for this.)

    Let simmer for about 6 minutes. Add milk to thin out the soup if needed. (Note: no need for salt due to the salt in the cheese but you may prefer to add pepper. Also chopped cooked bacon is GREAT in this soup.
