Ingredients For beer cheese soup

  • 4 c
    chicken broth
  • 1/4 c
    finely diced onion
  • 1 c
    finely diced carrots
  • 2 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 c
    finely diced potatoes
  • 1/4 c
    finely diced celery
  • 1 c
    beer
  • 1 pkg
    16 ounces of velveeta cheese

How To Make beer cheese soup

  • 1
    Boils the veggies in the chicken broth for 10 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients. Reduce heat and cook until heated through and the cheese is melted. Do not let mixture return to a boil.
