2 lblean ground chuck

1 lbbreakfast sausage

2 mdonions, chopped

1 mdbell pepper, chopped

2 stalkcelery, chopped

1- 15 oz cankidney beans

1 large canpinto beans

1 canwhole kernel corn, drained

1 cantomatoes with green chilies

1 canchili ready diced tomatoes

1 cantomato paste

3-4 Tbspsteak sauce (i used an a-1 type)

seasoned salt (to taste)

ground red pepper (to taste)

2 pkgchili seasoning

2 Tbspchili powder

1 tspcumin

hot sauce to your liking!
How To Make lori's calico chili

1Brown meat with onions, pepper, and celery. Drain. I put it in a dutch oven at this point.

2Add all other ingredients. Allow to simmer until the flavors marry. About 30 minutes-1 hour.
