Ingredients For jazzie turkey chili

  • 1 lb
    ground turkey
  • 2 md
    turkey smoked sausage
  • 1 can
    black beans, canned
  • 1 can
    kidney beans, canned
  • 2 clove
    garlic
  • 1/2 can
    chipotle peppers and sauce
  • 1 md
    onion
  • 1 md
    green bell pepper
  • 1 pkg
    chili seasoning mix
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 tsp
    salt and pepper
  • 1 can
    diced tomato
  • 1 1/2 can
    chicken broth

How To Make jazzie turkey chili

  • 1
    Heat large dutch oven pot or large sauce pan on medium high heat with olive oil. Add chopped onion and garlic chopped Green bell pepper cook 3-5 minutes.

    Add in Ground Turkey and brown. In a food processor pulse Turkey sausage until well diced. Add sausage to browned turkey meat and mix well.

    Add chicken broth and stir from bottom releasing brown bits from the pot. Stir in chili seasoning and chipotle peppers, and can of tomato stir well let simmer for 15- 20 minutes.

    Check for seasoning and add additional salt and pepper if needed. Add in both cans of beans and simmer for 20 minutes.

    Turn off heat and if you like to garnish with cilantro or cheese you may do so ENJOY!
