  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 2 c
    diced onions
  • 2 (15oz) can
    pinto beans
  • 2(15oz) can
    kidney beans
  • 1 (15oz) can
    corn (drained)
  • 1 (15oz) can
    mexican style stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (15oz) can
    diced tomatoes
  • 1 (15oz) can
    tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1-4 1/2oz can
    diced green chilies
  • 1-4oz can
    sliced black olives
  • 1/2 c
    sliced green olives
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 1 pkg
    ranch style dressing mix
  • corn chips for serving

How To Make feed a crowd taco soup

  • 1
    Brown the ground beef and onions in a large skillet. Drain. Transfer into a large crockpot. Add all of the rest of the ingredients except the corn chips.

    Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours. Place a handful of the corn chips into a soup bowl and pour a big scoopful of soup over the chips. Serve with chopped green chilies, shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream if desired.
