Ingredients For chocolate chili

2 lbground beef

2onions, chopped

1 Tbspplus 2 teaspoons chili powder

1 Tbspground cumin

2 Tbspunsweetened cocoa powder

3 clovegarlic

2jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced

2 can15 oz each, ranch-style beans, undrained

1 tspcayenne pepper
-
1 tspdried oregano
-
2 can15 oz each, black beans, drained and rinsed

1 can15 oz, diced tomatoes
-
4 ctomato sauce
-
2 cbeef broth
-
optional garnishes: sour cram, shredded cheese, minced chives
How To Make chocolate chili

1In a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat, add the ground beef and cook for 2 minutes.

2Next, add the onions, chili powder and cumin, and stir together.

3Add the cocoa, garlic and jalapenos, mix together and cook for 2 minutes.

4Next, add in the ranch-style beans, cayenne pepper and oregano, and cook for another minute.
