Ingredients For italian wedding soup

1/2 lblean ground beef

1/2 cfresh bread crumbs (1 slice)

1egg slightly beaten

1 Tbspfinely chopped onion

5 tspchicken flavor instant bouillon

8 cwater

1/2 cacini de pepe or small soup pasta

1 1/2 ccut up fresh spinach leaves

grated parmesan cheese, optional
How To Make italian wedding soup

1In a small bowl, mix meat, crumbs, eggs, onion and 1 teaspoon bouillon. Shape into 40 small meatballs.

2In a large kettle or dutch oven, bring water and remaining 4 teaspoons bouillon to a boil. Add meatballs and pasta; cook 10 minutes.

3Add spinach; simmer 3 to 5 minutes or until tender. Serve with cheese if desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
