I have no idea where I got this recipe or if I just made it up. Its great on a cold evening or to make to take to a loved one who's suffering with a cold or flu or just any time. Super easy to make!

Ingredients For chicken stew

1 tspolive oil

1/2 conion, minced

1 ccarrots, scraped and diced

1 ccelery, diced

4 clovegarlic, minced

1/8 ccup flour
-
6 cchicken broth
-
2 cpotatoes, peeled and diced

3chicken breasts, cooked and cut up

1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
1/4 cfresh, chopped parsley
How To Make chicken stew

1Heat oil over medium heat in a large sauce pan. Add onions, carrots, celery and garlic. Cook until onions are tender.

2Sprinkle flour over vegetables and cook about 1 minute. Stir in chicken broth and potatoes. Cover and cook until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes. Add chicken, cover and simmer until thickened

3Add salt, pepper and fresh parsley and stir to blend. Serve with crusty bread & butter!
