Ingredients For chicken and pasta soup

1 csmall pasta

1 Tbspolive oil

1small onion, diced

1 clovegarlic, minced (or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder)

3/4 ccarrots, shredded or finlely chopped

3/4 ccelery, finely sliced
-
1chicken breast, cooked and chopped
-
1 cancream of chicken soup
-
5 cchicken broth
-
1 pinchdried parsley
How To Make chicken and pasta soup

1Cook pasta until al dente, about 7 or 8 minutes. Drain.

2Meanwhile, in a large pan, sauté onion, garlic, carrots and celery until crisp tender, about 8 minutes.

3Add the rest of the ingredients, except the cooked pasta. Simmer until vegetables are tender, 45 - 60 minutes.

4Add the pasta to the soup before serving and heat to serving temperature.

5Can be frozen. Omit pasta if freezing and add when serving.
