1/3 cfresh lemon juice

1/2 cwhite wine

1/4 cflour

7egg yolks

2 ccooked chicken cubed

1In large pot combine first 8 ingredients. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer and simmer on low heat 30 minutes.

2Whisk together the flour and butter and add to broth. Simmer another 10 minutes

3Whisk egg yolks until pale. Add a little soup and whisk until incorporated. Stir into pot.

4Add chicken and rice and heat through
