Ingredients For all day chicken vegetable soup

2 - 3 ccut-up chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

2 cchicken broth

1 can(14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained

1 pkg(10 oz.) frozen corn

1 1/2 ccubed red potatoes

1 mdonion, chopped
-
1 mdsweet red or yellow pepper, chopped

1 mdgreen pepper, chopped

1 can(4 oz.) chopped green chilies

1 tspground cumin
-
½ tspgarlic powder
-
¼ tspfreshly ground pepper

1 tspsalt
-
1 1/2 cfresh baby spinach
How To Make all day chicken vegetable soup

1In a 4- or 5-quart slow cooker, combine the first 13 ingredients. If desired, cut chicken into bite-size pieces.

2Cook, covered, on LOW for 8-10 hours or until potatoes are tender. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
