stuffed hot popper beefy soup w/tortellinis
Was at my daughters and decided to make her a soup. None of my soups are the same. I got inspired by some freezer leftovers and 3/4lb ground beef that needed to be cooked. A hearty soup with just a slight kick. Husband and kids said this was by far the best soup ever!

Ingredients For stuffed hot popper beefy soup w/tortellinis

3/4 lbground beef
-
1 lgchopped onion
-
3long banana peppers chopped
-
2 clovegarlic chopped
-
1 cbeef gravy
-
1 pkgenvelope beefy onion soup mix

4-5 cwater
-
s&p to taste

3 lgcheese stuffed hot peppers or 6 hot poppers

2 1/2 cfrench style green beans
-
1 bagtortellini, cheese stuffed

1/2 bagbeef tortellini (optional)
How To Make stuffed hot popper beefy soup w/tortellinis

1Set crockpot to high. In a pot on stovetop brown ground beef with onions, peppers and garlic. Drain most of fat leaving a few tablespoons for flavor.

2Add to crockpot. Add gravy, dry soup mix and water stir. Slow cook for 2 hours.

3Turn crock pot to low. Chop and add hot poppers. Add green beans, salt and pepper. Continue to slow cook for 3 hours. Boil tortellinis in salted water, til done. Add half to soup and stir. Ready to serve. Tortellinis for side to be added in as needed. I also cooked 1/2 bag beef tortellini, for next day.
