Ingredients For rustic hamburger soup

  • 1 lb
    hamburger
  • 1/2 c
    cooked barley
  • 1 md
    onion diced
  • 3 stalk
    celery diced
  • 1 c
    fresh mushrooms diced
  • 1/4 c
    fresh parsley minced
  • 1 lg
    bay leaf
  • 2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 tsp
    seasoning salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 28 oz
    crushed tomatoes
  • 3 c
    beef broth
  • 1 pkg
    knorr homestyle beef bouillon
  • 1 c
    frozen corn

How To Make rustic hamburger soup

  • 1
    Brown the hamburger with mushrooms, onion, and celery. Drain. Add remaining ingredients except barley.

    Bring to a boil. reduce to a simmer and simmer 20 minutes. Add the barley and simmer another 10 minutes. Remove the bay leaf and serve
