The first time I ever made this I was very young to make a long story short I ended up throwing it away right along with the pan I was using I got a little better at making it now. Enjoy

2 lbbeef chuck roast(diced)

1 lgonion(sliced)

3 clovegarlic(sliced)

1 stalkcelery(diced)

3 lgcarrots (chunked)

4 lgpotatoes(chunked)

2 cfresh grean beans

3 ctomato juice
-
2 cbeef broth
- SEASONED FLOUR
-
1 cflour
-
1 tsppaprica
-
1/2 tspgarlic salt
-
1/4 tspwhite pepper
-
1/4 tspsalt
How To Make my mistake beef stew

1Mix seasoned flour; add beef chunks set aside.

2Melt shortening in sauté pan add sliced onions sauté on low till onion is translucent add garlic and cook about 2 minutes.

3Remove from pan set aside; shake excess flour from beef add to pan that had onion and brown on all sides.

4Add tomato juice and all veggies to slow cooker and turn on high.

5When beef is browned pour the beef broth into pan and deglaze. Add to slow cooker.

6Cook about 4 hours on high. Serve
