beefy nacho soup
This recipe was from Pillsbury and I thought it sounded very good. I tried it and both my husband and I liked it so much I thought I would share it on my page. It is easy and quick to prepare and it would be handy to have the ingredients on hand.

Ingredients For beefy nacho soup

1 lblean ground beef

1 Tbsptaco seasoning mix (from a 1 oz package)

1 cancondensed nacho cheese soup (i couldn't find this but used cheddar cheese soup)

1 candiced tomatoes and green chilies

1 1/2 cmilk
-
1/4 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 ccrushed tortilla chips
How To Make beefy nacho soup

1In a 2 quart sauce pan, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until thoroughly cooked: drain

2Reduce heat to medium. Stir in remaining ingredients except for shredded cheese and chips. Cook 8 to 12 minutes or until heated, stirring frequently.

3Top individual servings with shredded cheese and chips.
