11.Heat oil in Dutch oven over medium high heat then sauté onion and garlic, about 3 minutes. Pour in vegetable broth and stir in lentils, bulgur, cumin, parsley and chili powder.

22.Bring soup to boil; reduce heat and simmer 25-30 minutes or until lentils are tender.
