There is a mexican restaurant we go to that serves soup with their meals. I tried to duplicate their bean soup & must say, I did a pretty good job of it! Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients For mexican bean soup

1 can15.5 oz. black beans

1 can15.5 oz. pinto beans

4 canwater (i just filled one of the bean cans)

3strips bacon

2 tspitalian seasoning

1 1/2 Tbspcilantro, dried

1 Tbspsugar

2 Tbspvalentina extra hot salsa picante

2 tspsalt

1 1/2 cfresh spinach, chopped

1packet lipton onion soup mix

2 tspparsley flakes
How To Make mexican bean soup

1Combine all ingredients in the crock pot/slow cooker & cook on high for about 6 - 7 hours, stirring occasionaly.
